Check stick Use PlugY from D2SE but you can't do anything with it.

Was crafting a bow to my paly and, got this in the first roll....not bad to be the first bow

It is quite bad .... No damage and lvl4 time strike + tantrum = unplayable lag imo

It's good enough, only bads go for phys damage bows on tantrum paladins. Besides you have 50lvls of MO space, so after you max CB and throw 1-2 AR orbs (depending on lucky oil rolls) you can get some ED.
