Hey, I think I've used about 80~100 shrines and only got tantrum twice, both only lvl 16.

Are there any specific factors that help with shrinecrafting? I'm about to lose my patience I have two short war bows that I can roll and alternate between.

After posting I found out that indeed this was completely normal. I have a bit of free time now so let's get to crafting.. ;D

I'm anxious to get this pally going. Started out as a unholy caster but got tired of him pretty fast already and after I got him to 120 only then I started to try out tantrum. I notice that this is not the correct way of learning how to play a certain build.

Im logging my crafting attempts, sofar ive crafted 1750 times, of them ive gotten nonproc tantrum 15 times and tantrum + knifes 2 times.
Gonna continue rolling for a better arrow/knife combo couse mine atm is kinda crappy.

Alright, I've done around 1200 crafts and 2 times tantrum, both without a proc.

That's simply impossible. Either you are missing the affix when it rolls or you vastly over exaggerated the number of shrines you used. On average it will take about 8 shrines for tantrum to show up (based on my sample of 338 used last ladder.)

EDIT: or you are not using a max affix level sacred short war bow. If it did not drop rare on destruction, or you did not roll it with A2 destruction dragon then you will get much worse results because the affix pool is larger.

Thanks, I think that the item lvl is the problem. I will reroll the bow with a dragon egg. One bow I found as a rare in Dest, the other was a normal one that I upgraded to rare.

I have counted that I used 145 shrines so that's 1450 rolls and I only got tantrum 4 times. Not missing it one time.

Not best guide sry. Because i use Mind-flay with a lot of basic damage!And it does around 20k-50k damage*(50k high end build)... but this build is good, too because you use special skills which are pretty awsome, too.I find this guide is good but not the best, because you could make bit more mid-game skills trees for example with slyer + mind flay (MAX).But all in all its a good guide

He already states where you would probably be better off respeccing during certain encounters. These skills are prerequisites anyway so no one said you can't use them along with tantrum. Mid game gear itemizing and skills are already stated as well. Not sure what more you could possibly want in this guide.
