hmm i found a cornerstone of the world jewel randomly in act 5 doing anya quest

it has +1 to the amazon's magnetic skill (the lvl24 one in the lightning tree).

Since that is a new skill I have no idea if it's good or not. Is it? I only have a throwsin right now.

Thunder Hammer lvl 3 5 7 and 14 how much weapon damage do they carry?

3 = 1/2?

6 = 2/3?

7 = 3/4?

14 = 1,5 times?

It can be of some use if you can build a build around it. Not many viable setup comes to my mind, though. Also the skill requires hard points to get better so imo it's not a good cotw.

14 = 1,5 times?

3/4 weapon damage. Level does not make any difference. Also the hammer always hits.

It is. If you are wondering about knife / arrow / javelin procs - those check attack rating (but do more damage).
