Warlords bloodlust. It gave lifesteal (like 10-20% or something really high) for critical strikes. Since trynd can have like 40% crit at lvl 1, his sustain became ludicrous (yasuo with 1 item became just as stupid).

Riot changed it to crits onto champions and trynd became balanced again. Still a bunch of OP stuff like rageblade/gunblade for toplaners like jax/xin/irelia/etc exists. It's worth trying them out with it

also it's league of thunderlord's decree atm

I have not played in a while and was never really any good around Silver 3 but I had a mad love for this game and am looking to revive it
