I'm playin' tantrum assasin, it is so fun but in occasions hard. Any tips?

A question about the skill/spell Punisher, why does it only shoot out 1 orb with Black Cat RW in necro scythe [lv27punisher] but shoots 3 with Xorine Unique ring [lv9punisher]? Is it a bug or intended and why?

Yeah, I noticed that issue about Xorine Ring as well. Honestly have no idea how lvl9 Punisher can unleash 3 missiles. I remember old pala Punisher skill used to gain one more missile per 10 lvls, it should work similarly in Ultimative. If someone who has an access to the MXL data can explain the thing about punishers quantity, I'll edit this info in the guide.

Oh, and Black Cat basic RW shoots 3 punishers though, you may have not noticed it.

Oh does it, blind as a bat then; unless they're all coming out in a line. Thanks for clarifying
