pretty good for no mystic orbs yet. use the effigy from rift stones to make it ethereal and add in an indest jewel.

the ethereal effigy was literally super rare on ladder compared to all the other effigies but maybe its different in SP

You don't really need the AR, you get a ton free from incarnation. You have high physical damage on the weapon, so first id mo deadly strike, then leech/ewd, whichever you need more.

if you plan to use it on boss type ubers you probably want %ar but it depends on what current gear/charms you have. Incarnation gives free AR so you probably don't need to mo %ar until the 120-135 bosses. in my experience keeping an extra UMO slot (10 levels under your level) is always nice just incase u get a good UMO.

its the same rate like in MP this effigy is kinda rare compared than others.
