Can the 20% Enhanced Damage from Oil of Luck exceed the 200% ED Limit? Or is 200% the absolute limit?

I know shrine blessing can't go beyond the max 200%, is this the same case for Oil of Luck?

There is a way to bypass this cap.

After putting mo’s into item and reached let’s say 200%, add anything adding more ed into sockets. The amount will still go up, higher than 200.

Another way is to prepare a runeword. Put your mo’s, get a good roll and you have around 90-100% ed. The runeword itself adds %ed, effectively going over the cap.

As you said, shrine blessing also work

I'm an HC trap sin. My first need is to be able to run k3k nothing much.
I like Wheel of Fortune stats ( absorb , resist , life , mf .. ) but I like surviving most.
The trapsin skill seems nice , but i'm afraid of loosing the element absorbs / 40+ all res.
I like the fact that it blocks spells and blocks without the need of dexterity.

Also if going for dual wield , which TU claws should I use that would make me more safe ?

Have you taken screen shot right away ? With time stamps ? Message window to verify that nobody joined your game to take the item ? Empty stash/inventory/cube .. ?

Without proof , you might be the one that rapidly muled the item and shouting to scam.
