You must hit target on melee attack to proc "on melee"

Im using

Gargoyle's Bite

on my meele barb. My question is, what is Uldyssian's time freeze doing, and also i need some help with the moing part. Im thinking to mo with spike nova on attack to proc more punishers instead of enhanced damage. Opinions??

But melee attacks like Bloodthorn still proc, do they hit the target w/o AR needed?

I think blood thorn is hitting the target regardless of your attack rating.
Also i think that on meele proc needs you to just swing your weapon on a target, again attack rating not needed
and on striking procs activate when you deliver a hit on your target, so here you need attack rating.

I somehow lost my music in game...
The sound, like weapon, monster and other works well, but no music.
Tried in options, there music is enabled but is not played.
In main menu music plays, but not in game.

Maybe anyone know how to enable it back..
