if i have for example a sword that gives 500 fire dmg

and i have like 100% to fire dmg..it shows on my screen that my dmg increased by that amount but is it just a display bug?

Can Elemental Druid kill Bull Prince easily with the Elemental set? (Lone Wolf's Path), want to farm a good fool's gold but it takes ages for me to kill him as a Trap Rat ^^

Only the direct melee hit on the monster you click on. So basically no.

Walking and running doesn't seem to affect Morph effects(Superbeast, Deathlord). They have the same speed and animation. Does running handicaps(Defence and blockchance) work the same way on morphs?

Yes. You still have to walk in Deathlord morph, for example, or walk as a Trap Rat for block.
