HI, installed Median XL 1.3.
Few nasty bugs for now:
1. In the flayer jungle in the swampy pits the on level 2, the level 3 door the hero cannot enter (in my case Necromancer).
2. In travincal after killing the boss and braking the orb entrance with the enchanted the same as at point 1. After a must save at that moment and replay afterwards, the Hero cannot enter in the opened gates and game cannot continue.
3. Sometimes the assistant won't come after the hero sometimes disappearing from the map even the corner image still remains.
Please help!

1, Not a bug, its an uber area, so hell only. Even if it was a bug, why would it be a nasty one? It is a side area. It should have an indicator tho.
2, Again, not a bug. You have to talk to Cain, even the quest log tells you to. Cain gives you an arcane crystal after talking.
3, I dont understand that one. If you refer to mercenary, thats an ancient bug, teleporting will teleport your mercenary next to you.

It'll only work if you have finished cubing ess/runestones with it. Other than that, are you sure it has not been done already?
Speaking of the Umbaru Treasure, why should I farm the Essences for it? The minus stats makes it simply not worth the effort it takes to do it.

You can only farm them in Tenganze, MF makes no difference, only clear speed.
