HurtSmash404 wrote:Why isn't there a recipe to make Sacred Unique or Set items, out of curiosity?

I guess because these items are supposed to be obtained by farming. I feel the devs have decided to stay away from the recipes a bit. In fact, recipes for making su/ssu/sssu items did exist in the past. The only way to create them was to combine a sacred unique item with an enchanted crystal. These crystals were only dropping by the eternal ghosts in the void quest, but at that point there was a summoning book and you could summon these ghosts every 5 seconds. Getting the right item (su/ssu/sssu) still required luck though, but sssu items for sure had a far greater chance to drop than now. So long story short: the aim is probably to have hard to obtain items. This also leads to a healthier economy, in my opinion, and it's very rewarding when you finally get that sweet sssu arrogance, awakening or whatever.

Oh, so it's yet another one of those things that was deemed too overpowered previously and thus was nerfed into obscurity, much like what happened to most of the Amazon and most of the Assassin builds.

Which brings me to this question: I know that Tran Athula drops little of anything(including the Unique items it says it has a bias towards), but did Tran Athula actually drop lots of Unique Items in a previous patch?

Classes/Builds that require refresh/buffs in my opinion should be the least used ones in past seasons:
Looking at the last seasons stats that should be:
Amazon - Spear, Javelin
Assasin - Naginata, Twin Fang
Barbarian - Throw
Druid - Bow, Caster
Necromancer - Caster
Paladin - Holy Caster, Unholy Melee
Sorceress - Poison ? BowSorc :D ?

Many O-skill builds are too weak even with end game gear.

Yes, in the past TA and duncraig used to drop a lot of unique items, for instance 3-4-5 SU's per run and a lot less set items. Now it's the other way around - I've heard that people often get 1-2 SU's in these areas even with a high amount of mf. I think, howver, that it is important to note which items these areas can drop. SU/SSU/SSSU items have corresponding ilvl of 105/120/130. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but the area level (or should it be the monster level?, in that case I don't know where to look it up or if it is different than the area level) affects which items can drop in the area. You'll be able to get all of the base items everywhere, but TA (alvl 118) will not be able to drop SSU/SSSU items and duncraig (alvl 125) will not drop SSSU items. So what I've heard is that fauzt and t11+ labyrinths are good for getting the desired SSSU items.

What this means is that not only we have a lot less items dropping in these areas, but we also cannot obtain some portion of the items in them. The areas have, however, gotten easier in the years, which is probably some trade-off. I don't feel like this is the right direction, though. I think people should have access to more farming locations. I prefer to have harder areas with more rewards than easier areas with less rewards, but if the areas are harder, then leveling in them will also be harder, which is another factor to be considered with the current system of rifts/dungeons.

Rarity on drop is based on monster level, not area level. It doesn't generally matter, but there are caveats like TA priestesses used to (maybe still do?) Have the ability to drop ssu because they had a higher level than the regular trash.

Can you please increase stored gold cap? 2.500.000 gold is too little for gambling, when rings cost 300.000.
