100 k defense is always better than 50 k defense.

But alright, let's do as you say and leave out the defense. What do we have then? Boots that add 20% spell damage. When you already have 200% spell damage, that's less than 7% more damage (because the total damage output would rise from 300% (Base damage +200%) to 320%). So you can't really focus on spell damage alone, especially physical spell damage. So items that add -enemy lightning resist and physical spell damage would be best. But there are very few items in the runewords, sets and TU's that actually have those stats and can be thought of: Yep, that's the best in slot until lategame.

Either way the issue is to me that it's as if this build was only added recently and nobody thought of items to fit that build. That's the quintessence of the very first post of mine on that topic.

the few items i mentioned with the storm passive will yield ~200-250k def going through early ubers, more than most casters have endgame. i see no issue.

Well, this build is pretty similar to Tempest sorc when it comes to gameplay. And those absorbing souls in duncraig annoyed me, which is why I wanted to try a stormcall build focused on physical damage. But I already have more problems with this build due to the wrong focus I assume (like mana cost, and the damage not living up to my expectations). So I'll try out your gear suggestions next. If I get stuck again, I'll remind myself that I can ask you for help. Thank you for the offer.

Probably already mentioned, but Ice Elementals add 20% of minion damage as cold sd to the character, not 25% as tooltip says.

Nova Charge oskill on Elemental Band does not discharge novas near enemies as description says. Nova Charge sorc skill still does though. Here's a quick video:

paladin's vessel of justice is suppoed to gain +1 target per 7 slvl from the passive, but the passive is only showing the number of targets instead of adding x number.

example: passive lvl 21 should add +3 targets, skill icon says it adds +3 targets (which would make 4 total), but only giving 3 total.

Can u change somehow sigs of gold formula?... Current 500*clvl seems ridiculous. 50k gold on char lvl 100 with the fact how rare they are... 2-3 min in IotSS giving more than 100k gold :\ Need at least 5k per char level on them to be more efficient... or u can just remove them as for now it's just a placeholder in drop.

No it doesn't. Maybe it's because I use a -req jewel to get the str requirement down in order to use the shield, so it somehow bugs the skill. And as you can see, the mana cost is not the issue.
