Note about witchblood is different from spell damage is wrong (same goes to Bacchanalia). I just tested/calculated it all manually and damage bonus from witchblood is just the same as any other spell damage from item while EF/NRG damage bonus to skill is multiplicated by spell damage.
I have my "skill X" damage at 2229 without witchblood and at 2717 with one point in it;
Witchblood adding 64% spell damage;
I have 166% own spd from items;
I have 187% damage increase from NRG... calculate further uself

Ok, it seems that I wasn't clear enough in what I said:
The numbers you provided are simply proving my point:
Your assumption: WItchblood % acts like regular Speldamage:
damage with = damage without / 2.66 * (2.66+0.64) = 2765
The truth: Witchblood stacks (is additive) with the Synergy % from ene/EF:
damage with = damage without/2.87*(2.87+0.64) = 2726
The small difference to the displayed value 2717 comes due to rounding issues and how d2 is handling numbers in general.
If you want to make sample calculations that are more powerful or show the true nature of Witchblood % use a setup where sd% and synergy% are not that close to each other as in the above case.
