Hi,
I'm starting my second character, a sorc. My first one is a Caster Druid. He's a good farmer (lvl 125), Duncraig and Teganze feel easy, but I'm struggling with 120+ Ubers. I'd particularly like to beat Kabraxis because with my actual char, there's no way to deal with him (nor entering Fauzt). My sorc will be raised to avenge her predecessor.
So I thought a cold sorc could be a good boss killer, reading the starter tier list, and recent thread like
this one, a quick response here from Gregmxl on page 2739 and the most recend guide from the guides section (quite outdated actually).
I understand it's all about playstyle, personal taste and gear dedication, but I'm a bit lost with all these attacking elemental spells. With the druid it was easy : one spell for mobs (Plague avatar), one for the static bosses (RoF). So here are 3 questions :
- What would be the best attacking spell against a fast moving boss of all 3 trees?
- Say I want to be rather tanky, which passive/complementary spell from the other tree would be the best choice ? And do you often mix elements for anything else than enjoying the fireworks ?
- I got the SU Ghostmoon with my druid in Duncraig, +8 bolts for Forked Lightning sounds like a huge boost. Or not that much ?
Sorry to insist on this "what's the best sorc attack spell" question, and thanks for your answers !
