Yes.
more people dont give more mf. More people reduce the chance of "No Drop". That means in general more items drop, including UMOs, Runes and also other items.
Your mf changes the chances of an item to be of higher rarity if it has a rarity option (white / blue / rare / set / unique).

how to kill uldy haha,i consume two hour thinking how to lower his hp 1st but its hard or impossible to kill him using my Bear Druid Rend Build, i shoukd change build for him,, open for any suggestion and help a big thanks for anyone in advanced happy playing

It's not a global property, it's a treasure class (loot table or whatever you call it) property. Even though it's not assigned directly to a generic TCs like UMOs, Great Runes or Elemental Runes, it might be assigned to their supersets, which in turn would affect their drop rate implicitly. That being said, only Great Runes from this list are actually affected by NoDrop modifier and only because of that aforementioned reason.

Experience bonus from players count has been changed numerous times in the past, for the time being there is no benefits in that regard if you have more than 5 players in your game.
