One word : Sad. Its sad that Marco think the cheaters are so important for the well being of TSW. Although I believe they still are good players without hacks, I believe it gives them big comfort and advantage over other good players, thus making into the market faster. Ruining the economics of the realm, and pushing the ladder towards nothingness and inevitable reset.

Hackers are perma banned (well their account a closed) not perma as in IP. Fumbles kinda jammed these together. Yes I believe hackers should be perma banned as they clearly have an advantage unlike any other. However what is your opinion in terms of non hack violations. Things such as harassment, pk, multi log, afk, etc.

I couldn't imagine perma banning these guys. Also, to my friend on my friend list, they know I transfer multiple charms from chars daily. I used to only have one charm set until last season when you made a big deal out of this so now I have multiple. Fact is after about 10 runs I messaged Marco and said I did this and asked how else to meet a two week deadline , he told me to figure it out anyway so that's when Ben, and people in realm event lvldd with me. I probably lvld 20 lvl 121 alongside me. They can vouch that.

Anywho. You put too much time and effort into this. If you really want to contribute to this mod. Donate, I have. Be a beta tester. Report bugs even if they nerf your character. Such as "tantrum part can afk x uber with just a bow and an armor. meaning actually contribute. Tsw wouldn't be here without our donors. People like aahz. No mercy, and anyone with a donor badge are important because instead of dedicating "time" they dedicate stuff they work for or stole... Lol.

I want this mod to have players like d2 lod in count. Where I didn't even have to find a duel game. I knew there was always a "ladder duels" "duel" "d u e l s" game up.

I won't argue to create more drama except look at the bigger picture. Questions such as why report people months later when you don't like them? Did you see me play at the end of last season? Why not? Perhaps I was told I shouldn't continue that season..

I enjoy the attention, laugh at your insults, but most importantly I still wish you good luck in the game and believe you're an important part of the Community. And if the 200 TG bothers you that much, an admin can gladly remove that from me. I didn't do it for the TG. I did it because no one got 125, and we all wanted to see anyone get there. I still want to see someone else get 125 so they can understand how it is to dream of dcows, and do thousands of runs.. So much that I'll personally supply 200 TG to the next 125 myself, because trust me 200 TG isn't anything compared to what it takes to get 125.....

Lastly, telling Marco to grow up as if you're his father or more mature or better than him and taking his quotes out of context to turn the community believe Marco is keeping people using hacks and third party programs is a bit wrong. I once tried telling an admin what to do.... Granted this was sunny back on d2m... I'm sure we can figure out how that ended. Lol.

Try actually getting to know me, join a game of mine not to provoke me but to do something together, I am not one to hold grudges like I did in the past. You'll see why I have many good friends and you'd probably be one of them too. Besides... I don't have many baba friends, and god knows we all need a friend of each class at certain points in this game.

I couldn't agree with you more. But do you know what permaban means? I really enjoyed the part you mentioned about reporting bugs, because duping.

As far as contributing, I think I've done a pretty damn good job reporting all the players who I've found auto-partying. Say what you want but helping to maintain a level playing field on the server is something I think everyone can appreciate.

Both of my posts contained everything that needed to be said. The screenshot of you with four of your accounts in one game is indisputable. You can claim it was your friends but there is no reason from them to log in to your accounts instead of their own. You now wanna claim that you were leveling with friends but in the screenshot you claimed to be muling and you even admitted to previously cheating. Do you like the taste feet? Because you keep putting your foot in your mouth.

The older you get the harder it is to admit wrong-doing. So take this opportunity to learn some humility and own up to your lies. Better yet, don't say anything. At least that way you can't incriminate yourself further.

@Fumbles: you were doing fine but I really don't know the necessity to be an asshole here. I'm not sure you thought all of this through.

1) Do you really think I have time/energy to go monitoring TSW every day? I have to cover many aspects in this community/mod, most of which are backend stuff, either programming, bugfixing, modding, testing. On top of this I continuously look for ways to innovate things to keep this fresh and appealing to new people. I'm not saying this to get any recognition, but to make a point that it's a lot of on the table, which is overwhelming and extremely time consuming for virtually no reward. Reality is, I get a crapload of private messages (many useless ones). I try to handle the ones I consider important, but sometimes I don't even have Diablo installed, sometimes I'm just on my phone and I cannot remember I need to ban some random vietnamese guy when I get home. My mind is simply somewhere else.

2) Do you really think it's productive to constantly look out for smurfs, people changing their IP, or whatever, on a regular basis? Well, it's not something that would be too hard to do on a person, but what about 10, or 100? Really try to get on my shoes and understand some players just live to play this game and I'm achieving nothing with this because they'll start over and in two days they won't be too far from where they were when banned. I honestly can't be offended enough to play mr. detective daily and try to chase the bad guys down.

Yet the thing that disgusts me the most here is how biased your opinion against westville is. We all know the bad things he done and how a lot of people don't like him. But this post looks more like you're trying to win a fight, and honestly, the report to amazon_fury just seems like an excuse to make yet the second targeted topic about someone in the community. Whether west is an arrogant dick or not - don't you think you're not lowering yourself to his level by making such a topic... twice?

Let me ask you one question, using your judgement, shouldn't be whist be permanently exiled from this community? Gave us all a headache creating these character editors while a lot of us were trying to keep the mod legit. Duping has always been something really contaminating for the mod and has lead to some really fucked up grindy content because everyone in SP was simply using itempacks. Not to mention dll based drop hacks which still work today. What about being active part of the staff from a community whose main goal was spreading this? Either way this no longer matters. This is the past.

Ultimately where I'm trying to go at is that everyone can make mistakes (sometimes really stupid ones), but at the end of the day you need to account for both the good and bad things someone does. Like it or not, west has been an useful asset when it comes to reporting bugs and cheeses. Things that most players would never report and stuff that would normally be impossible to find out. These are things that are being abused by a lot of the "elite" realm people that I'm sure you respect. They exploit these bugs the same way they exploit new players for signets/tg/whatever and make easy profit. Yes, isn't it ironic that the guy that was once coding a cheating tool is now coding anti-cheating tools, and the guy who would cheese it all is now trying to clear the mod from these filthy playstyles?

To be honest I can't give a lesser shit about the accusation of me holding players at different standards. I will continue to take the decitions I think are best for the mod and whether you like them or not is none of my business. Anyways, amazon fury & co. can be welcomed to the banlist, and I'm not banning west. Peace out

No, you could play alone or in party you can trust but you still can report anything what you think is wrong and if it is really wrong for an admin, he will not ignore it coz he love what he do and will care about his own work like normal humans do.
