Found a COTW with Wraith Arrow. Any chance of viability? Maybe on a bow sorc?
that one's no good for werebear/wolf, since it doesn't take into account the weapon IAS bonus from the morphs

you mean the old java format? Get it on >tools from the game tab.

are you putting any crafted jewels in it? no, I mean that werebear/wolf morphs calculate attack speed breakpoints differently, as the IAS on the weapon modifies the overall IAS needed to reach each FPA
