no, I mean that werebear/wolf morphs calculate attack speed breakpoints differently, as the IAS on the weapon modifies the overall IAS needed to reach each FPA

It does have an option for weapon ias if you choose werebear or werewolf morph.

it works fine. you just need to tab out of the box, it doesn't auto calculate live while you're typing. here is shown with 110 wIAS and 200 wIAS.

Its a passive; lightning sorc passive.
Grants %tcd and some avoid but iirc not much avoid (if any) at 0 hard points.

I would guess 0%, and unaffected by difficulty minuses but I'm unsure.
