Would be nice if Spirit of Vengeance can be unsummoned.

Edit: Seems like something in the blood three is bugging the book thats used for Truine.
Lucion doesnt take any damage. The aura doesnt show up. Removed all my gear (red vex set + crafts) still nothing. Relogging doesnt fix the problem either.
Picking up the book doesnt work as well. Picking another book also doesnt work. I know this has been an issue, and the only reason I found was the use of a set that removes the aura. In this case I use the red vex set, but as I said I tested it without gear.

Have you tried picking the book up out of your inv and putting it back? Sometimes i lose that aura for some reason on my build and you basically have to drop the book and reequip it to get the little purple icon back. Crash said it has something to do with items that have yellow text or something. But could be other things triggering it as well such as sets. I trigger it by porting back to town but its very inconsistent it doesn't do all the time just sometimes.

So, removing my items doesnt work, but switching to off hands and picking up the book works- after 3 secs the aura appears. It could be the red vex that breaks the aura- idk.

edit: Its definitely the full red vex set bonus. Most likely the "spells costs life" aura.

Yeah like i said i had this issue and asked about it and Crash said it had something to do with Items that have Yellow Text or something to that effect. So if it has lines in Yellow Text it could be the issue. But reequiping just the book itself fixes it for me when it happens. (Pick it up out of inv and put it back) I dont have any items with Yellow Text on my setup but it still happens occasionally.

I posted it on discord but I thought I'd post it here as well so you guys can read it.

Guys I gotta say that Median XL is amazing now. I've tried it couple of times before (last time it was about 2 years ago when there was still the lvl 5 challenge in Blood Moor). That time the game was harder (which is not necessarily good or bad) but I had to do a research before challenging any boss cause it was too difficult (it was ok once you found the cheese strategy). I felt like I was spending more time doing researches than playing the game. Especially including all the items and crafting in the game. The content felt very chaotic and unforgiving.

This time around the progression is very smooth but at the same time challenging. The difficulty gets harder and harder the deeper in the game you get which is nice. The game also teaches you about median specific crafting mechanics progressively one at a time which makes for a smooth learning experience which is imo the biggest factor why new people leave the game - cause there's too much shit to learn too quickly. I don't think this is the case anymore. Also you don't have to worry about all the different bosses you should be doing while progressing through acts. Instead it's a part of the endgame where again, you can approach the bosses one at a time. Speaking of bosses, it's my favorite part of the game. Each of them feel truly unique and satisfying to beat. (and they also come with a cool l:OMEGALUL~1: re). I'm playing as a 2h melee necro (same build I played 2 years ago) and the progression has been getting progressively harder. But the first time I really hit the brick wall was when I met Kabraxis which I think is now my most favorite boss so far. I love how he's super aggressive and you can barely escape him (sometimes not) when you're running away. I can't wait to be finally able to heat him!
Anyway, thanks for making this amazing mod!
TLDR of the review:
+Better streamlined and organized content
+Smoother learning experience
+Progressive difficulty
+Shitton of QoL features neverseen in d2 world
+Great community who always help

-They took my Death Lord morph
-also I get a lot of desync and fps lag even though I'm playing on my local Gameserver. I realize the higher the movement speed the more frequent rubberbanding but i also happens when I walk slowly - randomly stops running when pathing to a spot etc.

This is an issue i have run into that something ive found that helps some is to find a couple servers as close to you as possible (I live in NC so i have Atlanta, Georgia, and a second Atlanta servers are closest to me)) and try each of them as you play and find which one gives the best results over time. Also as you already said yourself if you use the auto run feature instead of Holding Run or hold run all the time you will have a lot more Desync issues in my personal experience. Places like The Kingdom of Shadow or Brimmtown for Upgraded Charm and especially the trophy upgrade will be much easier without auto run and instead using run only when you need it. But, even then Desync will still be an issue especially on builds that have a lot of movement speed such as throw barbs utilizing Gladiators Dominance. In my experience the more movement speed you have the worse the desync issues are going to be.

, and the max dmg bonus from the runes seems to be overriding the max dmg bonus from the weapon itself, making the total max dmg bonus 120, even though it's about ~200 before putting in the runes. Is this supposed to work like this or is this a bug?
