These new relics are more like endgame nuisance, you can't plan your builds for "possible relic drops" - variables are way too high ( as said more than 350 relics ). I'm more interested in these " 3 new class skills", assuming those repalce some not so cool skills.

well, if they are going to drop at a reasonable rate then it would be possible to trade for choice ones without spending a fortune.
Obviously certain ones will be in demand and pricey but with 350 oskills there's tons of possibilities to create a strong oskill build. From just about anything.
