Failed too many times in a row. Check logs for details. Closing d2stats...
My logs:
[UpdateDllHandles] Couldn't retrieve dll addresses. (error: 0; extended: 0)
[UpdateHandle] Couldn't update dll handles. (error: 0; extended: 0)
I tried pretty much everything that I could find. -> Uninstall vc_redistx86 and reinstall it, restart computer
-> add exception in windows 10 for d2stats
-> Not using an antivirus
-> Both programs are executed as admin
Not sure what to do at this point to get it fixed.

Same error I was getting. Disable live/core shields on your AV, start Median and D2 stats, enter game, enable your AB shields again.

and my log says
[UpdateDllHandles] Couldn't retrieve dll addresses. (error: 0; extended: 0)
is there a way to fix it?
The solution for “Failed too many times...” is quoted below. I’ve checked both the downloadable .exe file and the compiled code, both work great.
IMO this fix should be mentioned in the FAQ / troubleshooting section.syndrome wrote:A solution for "Failed too many times in a row. Check log for details. Closing D2Stats..." error is here
