There's a scroll that drops in tran athula to summon the twin seas boss, does the scroll only drop off the 3 amazon bosses or can it drop off the trash mobs in the zone as well?

Pretty sure it only drops from one of the three Priestesses

Do items that add +Strength count as Base Strength on skills?
Or is Base Strength only the attributes I assign from lvl ups and signets?

It was a bug but it was just fixed. Make sure you're running the latest patch 1.6.1 and not 1.6.0

Does it mean that I can no longer gain damage with Energy/strong Factor to spell damage?

If so, is the energy factor a no-use option?
