I think there's a bug with the flat phys dmg MO, it was changed to 0-2 in 1.6 but the MO in game is +2 maximum damage, these are 2 different things, correct?
adds x - x phys dmg is a different modifier than +x maximum dmg
There's not a single x - x phys dmg MO anymore and the patch notes state the values were changed, not that the MO was completely removed.
