What's the best way to get an Emp Band on TSW? In SP you could craft one somewhat easily by doing the unique item upgrade but on the servers I've made like 6-7 rings and they have mostly been the no level and lvl20 ring (forget their names).

Idk really. maybe farm some area on hatred where increased jewelry drop bias with high mf (like Fauzt, maybe.. there rings drop often enough)?. Or keep rerolling because emp band is rare enough in purpose of unique rerolling IMO. Btw it's RNGesus trolling. When you won't need Emp band - you will roll them one by one.

I've just reached Terror as Javazon. Should I farm Griswold a little bit now or just go forward?

You can farm some runes if you need (up to Sha or Ix, don't remember what was the highest rune i've got from gift box). It depends on what you want. For bow or java amazon it won't hurt to get at least Jah rune from box and make a

Is there a cap on elemental pierce? If so, what is it for Terror and for Destruction?
