Lucky Strike is back! finally a sin that actually casts doom instead of using a shitty amulet, the synergy with 12 hit/sec ATMG is insane 
why use Hail rw for offhand weapon though? only the main hand triggers on kill / on striking so it seems wasted

well , i have PM'd Gekko to tell him that the offhand does proc , but i want to see how much that has to do with using bloodbath/Barrier strike . it might be that the offhand proc triggers only in those moments (50% is a high chance) . i will make extra tests when i arrive home from work

Is it pizza dough at least?
I think the effectiveness of the offhand procs are 50% less aka IF it has 20% chance in the offhand it will be 10%. Something like this is running through my head.

ok so after more testing back home , we have the answer: the offhand doesn't proc indeed without the use of the dual wield skills . offhand Hail works great if used with dual weild skills but i don't want this to be another dual wielder .
so .
in order to keep the build as it was ment , ATMG as main attack with bloodbath only for the buff that grants block and leech + Blade barrier only as support skills , instead of also fighting in melee range to benefit from the offhand proc , i have decided to replace the Hail claws with another abandoned craft with bloodlust oskill for mid game and Dawn RW (El+Xis) for end game .
