Ways are flat elemental damage added to the weapon, nothing help it outside of pierce and +skills sadly
Innate elemental damage and spell damage are the two baits I guess, RIP them... As for the item, Assassin have lots of ghosts from old times when she were considered a caster, lots of runewords have stats like that, energy factor or new spells. Now that tree's kinda behind I guess (If there's a petition somewhere to make singularity great again I'm signing)

Bleh. That sucks i guess. Hope that will be reworked in the next patch. I'd honestly like to see a big rewamp of Runewords as it is, given most of them are completely unused (and few are all too common).

It could be honorific but doesnt make sense to get a honorific over blackvoid or ssu plated belt if u dont invest any umos

I'd say it depends on where u wanna farm. Dunc, 15 targets is ok; Fauzt 25. Labs, 0. I don't think overinvesting in this skill is good in any scenario.
