Statistically speaking, they're not worth it. I remember reading that the item level in them is lower. But I keep on opening those on my way because you never know what is inside.

I tried it, and I didnt like it. Was a bit too weak.

I have a question about melee attack spell like bloodthrons and so on. If I hit monster with this skill, damage of weapon is applied to target? I mean direct melee hit is applied.
If applied, I have a question about Azurewrath. Can bloodthron skill with Azurewrath give a fire damage? And Innate cold damage of azurewrath is applied to direct melee hit?

Direct hit always apply, but it doesn't multiply like Bloodthothns does.

Lightning clawsin, but you'd need to be able to cover pierce and phys res without the shield, since you'd be giving up on

Eternal Bodyguard

During the Laz fight, will “Slow Attacker” items affect him when he pounces? Or does he not hit with any melee attacks?

Do different kinds of poison damage stack (spell vs WDM melee skill vs active poison dmg from passives) or does it always just apply the highest dps and negate the rest?
