In the speed calculate tool it shows that amazon need 240 ias to reach 7 FPA with throwing Javalin, but I found that I can never been faster than 9 FPA.
I also tried all kinds of throwing weapons, such as throwing spear, flying knife, short spear, I can never reach 7 FPA when I have 340 IAS.
Does anyone know why?
