Ya zod craft will grant u spell dmg and maybe life,fhr,ias,life% everything usefull. Spell dmg is the base of your dmg. Keep in mind that your goal breakpoints are 86ias and 200fhr .

intended to try your build and while in the middle of crafting, arcane torrent proc came in to mind, its 12% with lvl 21 of the said skill,
did a quick check with my sorc, about 23k mana, the lvl 21 arcane torrent does about 41k dmg max per missile,
since that we are going to proc this skill in point blank, meaning that most middle size mob will potentially get hit by half of the missiles, do you think this could be a viable weapon?

Where exactly do you have problems, in what 'easy' ubers?

Arcane Torrent is not viable because:
1) you go full vita build
2) it does not pierce through enemies
Yes, though uhm and melee sorc gameplay may look kinda similar, they use different sources of damage to kill enemies, so you have to roll either Balefire or Miasma proc. Going full energy is tricky, you won't get a significant boost to your damage unless you craft all jewels with 10-15 EF. On the other hand you're losing lots of hp and having this when your char gains 3 hp per 1 stat point into vitality is a total waste.
Don't forget that we are not using any minions and only a few reanimates in Fauzt, Dunc, Unformed Land. In order not to get yourself killed we need two things:
1) a strong spell to deal with fire immunities (Neon Fiends slow you down on hit, if you get slowed and scattered away from enemies you will die) - Miasma greatly reduces enemies' speed and deals lots of poison damage per second as it benefits from your total %SD; Balefire has great AoE and it is capable to one-shot most uberlevel monsters (thanks, Superbeast) if you're using it right (with Hymn).
2) Hymn is very powerful but you need a monster to hit, thus if you are standing still with full hp with all enemies away from you, you will die from their missiles; if you're standing close to a pack of mobs with a little hp, but is capable to hit them, you won't die, as Hymn allows you to gain full hp orb in a second.

Every uber on destruction, except the butcher because I could just use summons to tank

^ you should get more FHR, because superbeast FHR is lame, you can get stun-locked in crowded areas

The gameplay for ubers is as follows:
Press 'W' to switch weapons, cast Superbeast on LMB, cast Tainted Blood, VoJ, SoD and afer that, Hymn. Also cast Lightning Arena - you gotta have the amulet with this proc, it saves lots of nerves. Press 'W' again to switch to your main weapons and summon Scourges before entering an uberlevel.
Considering ubers, I also died several times, doing early/mid game ubers before I found a right way to do them (when you find the right way, it will be easy) - it was explained in uberquests section aka what you have to do and what to avoid doing like trying to kill Blood Golems, teleport on top of Akarat's minions or trying to kill Infernal Machine at first try (you have to reduce its life to 1/2, escape, clear nearby area and finish the boss after some time). Read it properly and try again.
Also, you may want to show your gear and stats if you have PlugY or stats reader tool.

yeah I know about buffing with switch, the only thing i dont have is the lightning arena I rerolled my ammy ovver 200 times and i didn't get it once.

For rerolling you have to gamble the amulet from any gamb. merchant in Destruction. Though Lightning Arena won't help you much in ubers that take place in tight/small areas, it is extremely useful in open areas.
Okay I got lightning arena ammy, no useful other stats but im rerolling another ammy. So to gauage where i should be at what ubers should i be able to complete in destruc with early / mid (sword) gear?
