Okay, so not all of them can use it ;)

But that's a trade-off you have to do when deciding to play Tantrum Barb.

IMO MOTW buff is strong enough. There are some items that gives bonus to it. There is a ss about the bonus from it:

My point is I think Innate skills should be
1. useful for as many builds as possible
2. useful and impactful from the very moment you get the character
3. "fun" to use

It isn't just about how strong they are.

I don't think #2 and #3 fit for Bloodlust and MotW, whereas Titan Strike and Vindicate match all three criteria (heal is really nice to have early game, don't need to bother picking up or buying pots, and in a pinch they stack with pots) and Burning Veil fits #1 and #3, and although it doesn't have that big an effect early game it's quite powerful (maybe too powerful) late game.

MotW and Bloodlust can be strong with the right items, but that means you actually need to get those items first so they do almost nothing until you get them.

[SUGGESTION]

Since in sigma, new maps may be available, how about a random map system for end game? Kinda like having new dcow maps but with new monster, bosses and environment. And having a system where you can upgrade these maps with modifications, just like how you can modify items using shrines. A good draft for this by having monsters in lvl 100 areas drops a "map item".

Map items may even vary, like having 10-20 types of maps, based on the areas in the game, like for example, a "Cathedral Map" will produce a map with similar monster, layout and even a special boss to that particular map as the Cathedral area in Act 1 or even a "Summit Map" that will create a map entirely based on the area in Act 5. Also to mention these map items are consumable and will be gone after use, just like how the Tome and Wirt's Leg is used up when opening a cows map.

Now we can modify this "map item" with having better drops, ea. a Hidden shrine cubed with the map item will modify the map to have a chance of having an extra boss, or a fascinating shrine cubed with the map will produce a map with a bias of dropping gems and runes, or a Stone shrine cubed with the map will modify the map to have a physical damage immunity in exchange of a bonus magic and gold drop in the area... the possibilities are almost endless in this kind of system.

In Torchlight II, this system is implemented with the limitation of modifying the map, and in Path of Exile where you can modify the map to the point of having so much modification(means more MF and drop quantity as well) it's almost a gem to make the best map out there. And also to mention Unique maps where it randomly drop in areas where maps can drop. These unique areas have unique challenges too just like how uberlevels work in this mod.

Probably already mentioned somewhere in here, but if there is anyway to get rid of the annoying belt unloading when you die, that would be great. (I guess it's been said corpse dropping may be eliminated entirely, so that would do it...)

If sigma was literally just a patch that allowed me to make more than 3 moon cookies at a time I would be the happiest man alive

What do you guys think about if there is a big shrine vessel? The main thing about this suggestion is big shrine vessel would takes less spaces. It also helps some classes who needs shrines no matter what type of it to craft their early gear such as tantrum builds, casters...

With big shrine vessel, it will shows all the shrines in it like:

Code: Select all

12 Abandoned
0 Creepy
0 Eerie
4 Weird
27 Ornate
19 Fascinating
....

When you want to take any shrine, right click on the vessel and it will changes its color to the color of the shrine you want. Exp: Big shrine vessel has total 16 colors, you want to take Abandoned shrine so you need to right click until you see the pink color on the big vessel. Then put the big vessel in cube and transmute to take the shrine out of big vessel.
