Gameplan for my shapeshifter is to be a fast tanky proc spammer ( crowd control stuff, soften up enemies, etc)
I said Despite for shapeshifter. But if you want just for debuff enemies, you can give him the TU unique spetum with miasma proc.
Terrible choices. Shapeshifter lacks damage so going for any sort of procs for damage is pointless. Shapeshifter main goal is to tank and debuff enemies. Get him The Retiarius and endless loop, and the rest of items dont matter. Get as much MF% on your merc as possible. My merc usually have around 200-250 MF.
