Diablo II: 1.14 supported!

I installed D2 LoD with the 1.14B patch yesterday. It works for me...so far :mrgreen:

Although you can get Median XL Ultimative to start up with v1.14b using the -3dfx shortcut parameter

You'll still get halt error messages

at the moment just reinstall your Diablo 2, patch to v1.13c or v1.13d and wait for a fix if you want the newest patch.

I have not ever gotten that error message with median xl and 1.14 glide, that is something on your end.

how do i install d2 without using battlenet installer... Dont have the old CD, lost it

I did the old patch, but then when i try and launch the game. a big Red X comes up without a code or error message... worked pre, 1.13 patch to launch (still got the character error) then i took out the 1.14, installed 1.13 and then the red x comes up when i launch the application. Anyone aware, am i supposed to change the file or something or how do i install without blizz...

I have the CD's somewhere(D2 and expansion, sepparately), but I just go and download D2 from torrent.(CD's are quite old now, and I'm too lazy to look for them since I have a fuckton of game CD's) So I can suggest you to do the same, just google "Diablo 2 1.13 eng torrent" and you'll find it somewhere in the search results.
Just to clarify, I don't encourage piracy. If you don't own the game then buy it(since it is cheap now). So, yeah, that's kinda it.

I recently decided that was I tired of this D3 bullcrap game, and decided to go back to my roots.
Downloaded the game from Bnet and the game is a 1.14b version. What can I do to play the MediaXL?
