It's Google Chrome's fault. It considers the file to be dangerous. Most likely because of the 7z archive.

Thank you for creating this tool and constantly updating it. If I had to mule all my items I would have probably stopped playing the game entirely.

Glad to hear that you're still supporting the tool. I read somewhere that it wouldn't be supported at all for 2.0 which was... depressing.
Do you know if it will work at all in 2.0 using the old 1.8 code - have the devs given you a chance to test it in the beta?

yes, it's mostly compatible. There're some adjustments to make as well as implementing extended stash support.
