Jesus christ, i just remembered the launch of Sigma. The pure chaos and unability to play for at least first 2-3 hours. Client wouldn't even download. I hope patch will be available to download at least 2-3 hours before start of new season

That's why you download (after many headaches) and play single player to chart out your build and such before you make a ladder char.

Quick question though: The barb wind-tree skill gale-force says it enhances 2H weapons. Does this mean all weapons with the 2H label, or just weapons that are using both slots when equipped? Could you gain that skill's benefits if you duel-wielded 2H swords?

The inconsistency of "renamed to" and "renamed from" is killing me.

Also why free respecs up to lvl 50 when there are numerous vanilla skills that unlock between 50 and 100?

What does that actually mean? Can you exceed the 75% cap with that modifier?

Thx. I see now it is mentioned in the notes, somehow I missed it, max is 80% now it seems. Interesting.

from patch notes:

Natural block chance cap has been reduced from 75% to 50%
- This maximum block chance can be increased with a new stat available from some skills and items
- The absolute maximum cap has been changed to 80%
- This change aims to reduce the power gap in builds that have to pick between 1h dex weapon or 2h str weapon
