Again, just like another poll, I want to see maybe there are specific encounter that cause new players issue. I personally there are some important resist check in act 3 specifically, as well as introduce of both cold-slow & curse-slow, which can be nightmare combination to face with.

As im biased stomping normal difficulty with tl;dr barb (aside from remembering which cube recipe to use to create resist gear), I really want to see generally which act that cause issues to player. I will group act for all difficulty since it quite hard to track enemy name now each difficulty have different enemy pool. At this poll, i will ignore difficulty of challenge since it is now doable with all build as long as you know what you are doing.

As for the votes, I personally hope you guys vote 1 act & 1 problem (instead of 2 acts or 2 problem) since I cant create multiple polls per topic (unless Im using google survey). Feel free to change if you made a mistake.

I have to say, my most hated enemies are eternal embers in a4, they do insane dmg, have high hp, and move extremely fast, and dark sovereigns, they have that insane holy freeze aura, do high i assume magic dmg, and are pretty tanky.

resist check seems a little severe for normal act 1-3 its kind of hard to get early resists and it feels like you need max resist right at act 1 but def act 2 onward

I'll copy/paste my experience with Lister encounter in Baal's throne room on my Spearzon:

Now, the Lister experience...whoever designed that part of Baal's throne room, screw you. It's such a pain in the ass for melee, I have no words to describe. Having to chase after Lister's harem of hags running around the room and nuking you while Lister sets his fields of fuck you all over the place is so annoying...Then, once you finally clear them out, you have to chase after Lister himself who teleports as soon as you get near and still pops his crap relentlessly, with Baal decreping you. Even if you manage to catch him in place for more than 2 secons, he nukes you so you have to run away without barely doing damage. On top of all that, having to build up Fury stacks in order to do anything at all, almost made me punch the monitor...
I know he's not the only teleporting miniboss in the game and they are the bane of melee characters, but those used to be reserved for rifts and ubers, not this early. Lister is a big fuck you to melee and whoever redesigned him doesn't seem to get just how frustrating he can be for a fresh player with a squishy, undergeared and unoptimized melee character...


Beating him on Normal wasn't easy but I somehow pushed through it. My experience above was on Nightmare and I dread to think what it will be like on Hell.
Not only that, after him comes the Baal fight which is bound to screw over many players and force them to face him and the Lister fiesta again...

Also, the game could tone down on invisible enemies a bit...I swear we get more and more of them each patch and having to deal with them in all the visual clusterfuck on screen is really not fun.

I'll put a vote in when I reach Hell... But I want to take this time to say that whoever green-lit these balance changes has a serious vendetta against Necromancer players. There is so much piercing and/or AoE attacks that can easily annihilate all of your summons, and that's with 60% minion resist. If it's this bad now, I can't imagine trying to get through Hell even with maxed damage avoidance. Sometimes I think a lot of those explosive attacks ignore that passive completely.

As well as the difficulty, since enemy pool is different between normal, nightmare & hell.

Since Im sure bestiary isnt up-to-date, so all this extra information will be helpful to new players.

Aye, screw poison. They removed poison cancel from heal pots and you are now pidgeonholled into taking Purity or itemizing for poison length duration on top of everything else...
I understand that the wanted to make poison not so trivial but having your HP melted from afar within few seconds(with nearly maxed psn res) by those vampire looking staff dudes while you're in the middle of a nasty pack smells of poorly balanced poison.
2.0 is still fresh and it's a massive change to the game, so I reckon there will be some rebalancing done in future updates...
