One time injection, eh? And how would we go about uninstalling this if we were to find out it does more harm then good? From the sounds of this so far it doesn't even work.

I just don't get why they even made uldy like this, knowing the game couldn't handle it :(

Okay so i downloaded a char save from singleplayer a necro with 167 summon, i spammed fire skills everywhere and casted explosive zombies in unformed land, i didn't get any sprite drop (invisible) or something, tested with a sorc full lorenado and spam everywhere, same thing, and with a bowazone the entire screen of pahalanx combined with Sun Fire i didn't got any issue.

If you could upload me your character save so i can "reproduce" what you did, this would be wonderfull, what skill you used etc.

Right, i got the same problem, i believe in the function where i patched the thing, there is a buffer for particles effect, working on a fix, I really want to make Median Perfect without sprite drop, It's my main goal at the moment.

Edit: Okay so i found very interesting thing, it appear that in D2Client.dll there is a "sprite counter", when casting brimstone the game is counting more than 600 sprite on screen !

Hope you will succeed dude. FPS drops and sprite limit really affects the beauty of proc machines :D. Though an easy solution for this is to just remove brimstone :D.
