SSF WW Barb

So i've been trying to farm the sacred greaves for the wind runner RW for some time now, i prob renewed 20+ of them, and my best one yet is 15% run speed. How "bad" is it to not have the base with 0%? Is there a damage loss in any way or do i just have to ww more since i hit the enemy less while ww'ing.

So once you make wind it’ll give you 25% ms. If you’re having no problem with kill speed then the extra movement speed might actually benefit you rather hurt you. But as for the mechanics of WW, high ms reduces the amount of hits you do to enemies because you finish your WW quicker than if you had slower ms slowly gliding through the enemies.

0ms boots are as rare as 40ms boots. the bias is weighted near the middle so extremities are harder to find. id keep trying. i tried 10ms boots and results were disapointing. i suggest patience.

I just got super lucky and found Yaggai's Sagaris at lvl 123 in Duncraig still sporting the T4 Dao sai's (which are great btw) and getting unlucky on sacred crafts.

I really don't want to mess up the MO's on this thing, so if I understand correctly (and the discord #new-player helpful folks understood correctly), my runes are in good order but I need to use 1 AS MO to hit 4fpa / 85 as on weapon, 1 ED mo to bring it to 200% ed, then rest would be life on atk and max dmg. This would max it out at lvl 148 so obviously I wouldn't be going past my level for now but yea. Is that the correct plan here?

I was super lucky to get mine as well, but with a 196 ED roll, so i didnt roll the ED MO on it since i thought it would be a waste for 4% more. I MO'ed 1 IAS on it as well, and used a 15% IAS zod jewel + gul to cap its IAS. then 1 elq and 3x JAH. Then i MO'ed 4x life on hit and then it was 120.

Why is eld the bis rune for armor and elq is the last one? Or am i looking at it the wrong way?

what is the difference from area effect damage from warmonger and the splash damage synergy from the skill ?

I am dying too much, I don't know what I am doing wrong and I've also no loot which has been describe also, I have 127k armor but they are beating me like little rat.

On the barb tree there's Melee Devotion which gives 20% DR from all forms. It doesn't show up on character stats or on D2 stats. Is it bugged out? It's kinda throwing me off cause Idk what stats to add now with DR and such.

this build is a zdps trap. im full bis according to your item choices and uldy took me 20 minutes lmao. weaving in sor and everything. any boss that teleports or moves (like everything above 120) this build just falls flat.
