I've been running pretty close to the same build as Solfege. Only difference is I run Snow Queen instead:

30 Moonstrike
1 Bladestorm
15 Fusillade
1 Arcane Sustenance
0+ Premonition (I have 49% chance to block right now at level 122 so this doesn't actually matter until I go finish my sigs)

1 Immersion
1 Arcane Torrent
1 Raven Familiar

24 Warp Armor
25 Snow Queen (or 10 Vengeful Power and some extra skill points to put wherever like Solfege is doing, your choice)

15 Baneblade
5 Symbol of Esu
1 Force Blast

1 Melee Devotion
5 Tenacity
10 Specialization
(use Meditation until level 49 since that's the last time you can respec for free, and Purity until Hell Baal)

Pertinate wrote:Debating on seeing if a coldblood ele melee sorc would clear better

Doubt it - I didn't notice anything being worse in Duncraig than in previous patches (and my Teganze clear is actually better), so I think it's just the skill mechanics that make the clear iffy? Fusillade is single-target, even if it's a crapton of single-target that can clear a small pack every use, and most of the clearspeed Bladestorm offers comes from AoE Attack. Spiral Dance is supposed to be better but the delay is so long it barely helps, AoE Attack kills things before it even hits.

EDIT: Actually, you'll get plenty of Blizzard procs, and you should build with plenty of cold pierce... not sure what the base damage on Blizzard is like so it might work out after all.

I've used Parasite from

I'd also suggest Whirlpool but it's not on boots any more. :/

I put them on when I switched to a crafted warp blade because I happened to have a pair and don't have nearly enough ACs to craft IAS jewels with. The %dex is great for my damage + block, and the reanimates are just enough so I don't get surrounded and stunlocked. I wouldn't try to use them in early game because you want that slot for Lionpaw (and you've already got plenty of reanimates from The Warped Blade), but it's a nice pair of boots as you transition to midgame gear.

I guess my problem is that I haven't played the last few patches. So I might be comparing my clear to old clear times. I can clear dunc in like <10min. Fauzt takes considerably longer tho

There doesn't seem to be a lot of options between TUs and the Set.

. For armor,
Erawan

Erawan
Body Armors

'LemKoCham'
Runeword Level: 83
15% Combat Speeds
5% Chance of Crushing Blow
+(144 to 171)% Enhanced Defense
(27 to 30)% to Strength
(27 to 30)% to Vitality
Physical Resist (13 to 15)%
(15 to 20)% Bonus to Defense
has been pretty standard for a lot of melee builds. But if Melee Devotion offers enough damage reduction to keep you alive (as I hope),
Dragonheart

Dragonheart
Body Armors

'OhmThulFal'
Runeword Level: 70
+2 to All Skills
30% Attack Speed
30% Cast Speed
30% Block Speed
45% Hit Recovery
+1.625% Enhanced Defense (Based on Character Level)
5% to Dexterity
+(550 to 650) to Life
Cold Resist +25%
may be a better choice. You have less sockets now for AS and HR jewels, so the AS+HR boosts on Dragonheart may be more helpful than the Phys Res from Erawan.

I've been using this post as a temp/mini guide for 2.0 until the main guide is updated. I've been updating the post as I progress and test more things. It may help.

Maybe I need to check my equipment but sometimes get destroyed in Kurast 3000 (all mobs are ranged and keep running) in some points can't overheal the damage all the ranged mobs do to my char.

Hmm. What's your build+gear?

All TU4 following the MO guide except the shield that is from the sacred set of The Mysteries. Also can't craft Ber jewels for the shield. Build as guide, until now haven't go any problems but Kurast 3000 is nearly impossible to do it with the TUs.

Main guide seems to ring pretty true still. Currently level 125, 60 sigs, using all the midgame gear and same skill setup as Solfege post..no real need for innovation (though I'm sure it wouldn't hurt).

Just did Bremm town under 1m30s without much issue.

Some ubers seem easier e.g. Kabraxis, KOS, Quov & Athulua were basically face tankable.. some more tricky e.g. hell Baal and J-Day.

Fauz and Dunc are def slower to farm as well.

Hard to tell if it's content tweaks or class tweaks...either way we'll see how other 125 ubers go later tonight.

Try to up your hit recovery to 109. Respec your skills. Pump some points into Familiar for the skill point passive bonus. You will make jewels out of Lum runes now BTW (same craft as Ber used to be %life/%mana steal). Also get some more points by dropping 1 point from warp armor (only need 24) and 5 points from premonition (pointless with your current block %). Nova and Hive are one point wonders. Also make sure you go back and do every single skill point quest and any other quest for stat improvements.

What are your rings? What are your sockets? All items MO'd with enhanced def?

I used nearly same setup as you with the aforementioned changes and I was able to get through K3K not necessarily quickly...but quick enough.

If you are NOT doing SSF and you are on right now I will hook you up with an extra set helm I have if you want (/w *fitandfunky2).
