I think shadows are magic immune, magical spell dmg could kill the djinns.

True, all regular necromancer minions are immune to magic. Darklings as well are magic immune because they once were in necro tree. Djinns are fire immune. Still, there are not so many monsters that deal magic damage (it greatly depends on the place you're playing atm), so in other place where are monstly monsters that deal fire damage the situation will be different.

Is the "black mass" necro ennead spell worth putting 1 skill point in? is it worth more than 1? to me I may be not worth it or am I missing something?

It's worth it if you're playing summoner necro, and 1 point is enough imo

I have been using "Rathma's Chosen" but don't think Death Ward and Black mass is worth it. but maybe Rathma's chosen and 1 point in black mass worth it. Do you put more than 1 into Rathma's Chosen? I do like Rathma's Chosen but haven't tried more than 1 poiint.

It depends on what build you're playing, if you're playing a standard summoner then Summon Jinn is definitely the best choise, Death Ward is best option for those Melee Necros build. Rathma's Chosen is often used with Veil King for a powerful 1-summon-army, and yeah you can put your leftover points in it after maxing all other important skills :P

Working on my mind flay pally, haven't found any real up to date guides/ and there's some conflicting advice from searching.

For the skillplan/items does this seem right:
► Show Spoiler

Are there some FHR breakpoints or others that I should be aiming for?

Also what do you do about lightning immune enemies? Have apocalypse boots or something? or are slayers enough.

Any advice appreciated
