Hey dru,
Thanks alot for this greate guide. Im kinda new to median xl and struggeling with survival at 120 bossing/rifts
Im running the recommented skills and items of the midgame recommentation.
Do you have a few tips how i could increase my tankiness?
My char is res cap, 47 phy res, 6khp,~200 signets, dps is no problem at all, if i manage to give a few hits, im able to do the uber.

The goal of 2000 Energy- it's inclusive all buffs and skills, e.g. 6 nova charge during mid game and the bonus energy, or +25% zann esu's rite bonus, and so on?

1) what level are you

2) what gear are you wearing
3) which Ubers are you trying to do because some require max resistances
4) make sure your charms from 105-115 are min/maxed to almost perfect
5) maybe put more points into Snow Queen and Warp Armor
6) farm the rest of your signets and dump them into vitality
7) last and not least there is always the good old respec, and change your skill around to what makes you tankier first, then start increasing your damage after.
8) if nothing else works, you could increase your breakpoints for more block
9) one last thing you could do is focus on getting some sort of way to regain health. My only suggestion would be respeccing out of Warp Armor and Nova Charge and going Living Flame and Fire Dance maybe?
10) Try to notice what is killing you in the first place then you will be able to figure out what you really need to survive.
* Note, I had no issues getting almost every 120 charm with maybe similar stats as yours at the time.

- no i meant IAS % . for Glacial Torrent attack speed breakpoint. you get enough cast speed once you get the items tbh. you need ways of gaining attack speed to increase boss killing when using Glacial Torrent.

- Correct. you kind of want many ways of increasing your energy , not just from one source such as ; dumping every sat into energy. that's just not efficient, you want to keep the build versatile and flexible so it has room to expand its capabilities

Great build so far! I'm newer to MedianXL, this is my 2nd season and i've been following this build and love it. Not sure if this has been answered yet but what am I looking for on my sacred boots + gloves? What are the main stats to look for?

- As for what to look for on your gloves
1) sorc skills
2) Spell Focus (if possible)
3) cold spell damage %
4) cold pierce %
5) enhanced defense
6) Energy??

hey,

someone mentioned that A1 merc is better for cold sorc, as we are anyway in melee range. any1 to confirm? not sure about shapeshiter- i mean bloodlust is nice, but he dies anyway. currently 125 farming duncraig.

i can go head and test it out right now if you'd like. also, my act 2 shapeshifter doesnt die in dunc (only to massive amounts of barrels) or fauzt :/ hes wearing nothing but tiered uniques. the trick is to stack strength so he life regens better.

- Farming some AC's right now to test out Act 1 mercenary

* Update, Act 1 Mercenary definitely helps with damage, but its still squishy. trying to figure out what to replace at the moment
