yes this is one is better than TU.
But there is point in understanding that TU isn't that easy to replace, don't look only at damage, other stats are good too, including slow for instance.

As for Witchuinter's cap being better than craft, depends on rolls, for damage. For survivability against elemental damage it will always be much better.
I'd definitely use it over craft in scosglen or labs. In easier areas, debatable.

Currently preping my first build (Pally) and getting my Barb leveled up to eventually also run scosglen... So its like lab in Max Resistances are a must have to survive? Pretty sure i have damage covered but, Defenses i figure that place is pretty rough since it has so much going for it for farming.

Ye, its max res stacking for most part, scosglen has this too, you can compare to about lab 5 (now lab starts from tier 6). You notice that in scosglen elemental attacks respond really well to increase in corresponding max resistance.

Just tried out Scosglen and you definitely going to need all the Max Cold and Light Res you can get for sure. Fire doesn't seem too big of a deal however with careful play on the fire tree things. Those Elemental Ghosts things though will rip you a new asshole without massive cold and light res.

This is melee with delayed damage single target, go figure
edit: actually doesnt ww also use sor to kill bosses? if so its basically the same

How much Attack speed is enough or is there never enough? Also I got a 6 socket sacred Labyrs. Anything I should do before crafting on it?

Breakpoints: Labrys attack speed fpa/ias - 10/63, 9/92, 8/147, 7/280; hit recovery frames/FHR: 4/86, 3/200

You only care about this for earthquake clear, since sor has cooldown. For different base weapons, check speedcalc.

As for comparing this to WW build, it is quite different, WW carries high damage hits as well, it uses SOR as support, but you still hit with ww and that damage is not neglible, you have deadly strik to ww, all the small ww passives. Sor still is majority of the dps as far as I know.

charged strike oskill, but then without heart of stone because it is pure lightning

Btw you can kill it with sor, hit&run, once and wait. Takes a while but it is killable. Just not trophy farming material.
