Idk if it has been asked before, but Moon queen the passive on Javelin tree - does nothing, it should be a passive bonus, putting 25 pts in it doesnt affect my phys damage with javelins at all, am I missing something?

Admittedly, it's been turning out a lot more sacred items than even Duncraig so I've abandoned that place as a sacred farm when high on magic find.
Magic find has no effect on rune drops. And yea I've found 1 great rune myself in about 30ish Fauzt runs.

I may be mistaken, but I think your item only rolled a "+ minimum damage" affix.
That affix also automatically increase maximum damage by as much, but it makes other "+ maximum damage" affixes useless until their sum is superior to the minimum damage
