Suchbalance hasn't update his guides to XVI version. Referrings to gambling jewels (which are gone in this version) and Character Orb are not edited by him yet.

Go to Kurast 3000 BA on Hatred and kill monsters there - they will drop you lots of jewels.

Anyway, i'm at a point where i'd like to get my hand and rare jewels (for the amazon helm Jah Runeword), and in this guide, i read "[...] gamble rare jewels[...]". However, i can't find any jewels at gamblers, which make gambling kind of hard if I can't even try my luck .

Do I miss something here ? Should i keep trying because it's just rare and RNG is against me ? Does jewels unlocks at gamblers at higher level ? (I'm currently level 63, A1, terror)

No need to gamble for them. Just find magic ones and upgrade them to rare ones using cube recipe: Jewel + oil of enhancement + rune

Then just reroll the jewels as needed.

Wow, I didn't even think about upgrading blue jewels, even though I knew it was possible, I'm stupid ^^

Also you can't gambles anymore, latest patch removed them.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to add a socket to a grey item i have?

If the item does not have any sockets already, recipe is item+jewels

thanks for hidden shrine glove suggestion last time, reanimates tanked those barrels for me a lot of times in my dunc run last night. i got 2 questions, how good is the veil king summon from assassin shield & can i apply creepy shrine bonus to that same shield?

i have shifted from nagi to broadclawsin and my survivability in dest drastically improved. a few more SUs & jewelcrafts and i'm going for the charms/stuff from ubers. thanks to xarugas for the idea and video.

does hounfor amplifies spells very much?

its +10 skills - so i guess it does, however it is more a skill for prebufing

You can apply the shrine blessing to shrine crafted and rare items without rerolling the modifiers - item+shrine+arcane crystal = shrine blessed

Do not forget the arcane crystal or you will "destroy it".

When you cast broadside and then switch weapons to Nagi the broadside missiles will have more damage and you can wreck while CD.
