Is there a way to install it with D2SE?

testing with the regular client atm

thanks suchbalance

Edit 1: Kabraxis still getting me fps drops like crazy and makes the whole screen invisible. Morphing brings you back your shadow, i don't know if you meant to do that.

Back to testing

This seems to work. Shadows are removed which makes units look a bit funny but it does get rid of sprite limits from my current testing.

Try how it goes for you guys in single player and report here.

To install with d2se: simply copy the DLL to your MODS\Median XL folder. If you are on win 7, 8.1 or 10 make sure to go into the dll's properties and click "unblock".

Lag fix is for now fishy topic name but I cookie fix it anyway for your work invested.

Indeed "Lag Fix" is a known name, if we refer Lag Fix from external website (you know what website i'm talking) this wasn't a Lag Fix, blocking a dummy packet to "ignore" the received skills (that then is displayed on client) like Java Plague, has completly nothing to do with modifying the engine,

I named it Lag Fix because it mainly correct the FPS drop and the ALL wanted sprite overflow when everything dissapear and just make you die in uldyssian room, also the cache is extended so now our computer can use more diablo 2 potential, like displaying a LOT more stuff without having FPS issue.

Tried to make the laggiest build possible, to test reverseengines spritefix, and he's definitely the real deal.

Massive fireworks at 33 seconds in.

Just came back from testing, tried every build I had. Works like a charm! Well done mate!

Edit: I am using D2SE and I am not sure what I need to change to add "-w -3dfx" to path so I can test more without Glide. The D3D option has no Windowed mode checkbox for me.
