Class Skills
Relic skill bonuses are limited to +3 levels for skills on your character's skill tree. They do not count towards Base Level bonuses

It's because Stormeye is a native necro skill, so the +skill bonus is capped to +3 (due to vanilla D2 engine)

Ahhhhh I didn't know that. Oh well, the +1 totems is still good lol.

Just found a drop in the Library of Fate called "Wings of the Departed" ... Anyone have any idea what this is? Looks like a tribute to someone who passed away.

Just did some searching and found out. All good.

I'm playing D2 LoD. My old v113c shared stash file in not working with v114D.

I get "unable to start game, bad header". If I remove the shared stash file, the game load normally

How can up make it work? Thanks

It is confirmed that the current season ends when the new season begins and the dev team usually announces season beginning 2 weeks beforehand. Seasons are usually around 3 months long, so an unconfirmed date is something in december.
