Got a question about some relics :
Relic (Stormblast)

Stormblast: 5% Chance to Trigger Additional Projectile
Adds 1-150 Lightning Damage
+(4 to 11) to Stormblast

Required Level: 75
Carnage: Added Fire Damage Doubled
Carnage Cooldown Reduced by 1.72 seconds
20% Attack Speed
+(11 to 19) to Carnage
and
Relic (Divine Judgment)
Relic
Required Level: 75
+(9 to 16) to Divine Judgment
+(21 to 25) to Strength
(2 to 4)% to Strength


As I had no chance to test them yet so I am asking here if they can be used with claws please or have any restrictions or dependecies ?

1. does deadly strike effect hammer of zarae?
2. what is the equation of how spell damage is calculated?
3. what does scepter mastery do on skin of kabraxis? or is it just the orange text?

1. yes, for any of your weapon physical damage

2. most spells are:
base damage x (100% + %spell damage) x ([50% or 100%] + %synergy bonus)
Synergy bonus is the energy (or other stat; bloodthorns and lemures use vitality, stormcall uses dexterity) bonus, plus 1/10 of spell focus, plus any extras like Malice necromancer's passive.
Can't tell which skills use 50 base and which use 100 without just doing the math.
Base damage often scales with both skill level and character level. Most, but not all, stop after character level 120.

Ok so spell pierce cap is -200 but storm zons get an aoe debuff called discharge that puts -20 pierce on enemies and golden chariot also has a proc called mythal that does the same thing. So if I have -200 pierce all ready can I stack it up to -240 with these? Also do these debuffs stack?

Having pierce over 199 is pointless anyways. You need 135 for normal enemies, 150 for bosses, and 199 for Phoboss, deimoss and Samael.

135 for farming (not in lab), 170 for bosses, 190/199 for special bosses.

Mobs in Labs tier 9 and 10 have 100% elemental pierce. Says so on the rift stones I think.
People advise to overcap resistances to counteract this, for example in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=71099&hilit=phoboss+pierce

My question:
Presumably, the pierce also applies to my minions. Does overcapping ressists also work for minions? The character screen says max minion res is 75%. Does getting more minion res (up to 175?) help them survive better in labs 9/10?

Only relevant for tanky summons like veil king or bats obviously

Why are item triggered resurrects just lame skeletons now?
All themed uniques with resurrects are ruined, no more cool army of random monsters.
What is up with that.
