Cause I am personally sick and tired of new people and their shitty characters complaining on the forums that they went in scosglen at 130 and failed.
When the majority of people don't go there before 140. The ramp up in difficulty was high even without the new changes, let alone now with increasing in difficulty. All this change does really is force the 0,1% that can actually slow farm at 130- start at level 135 so they gotta spend some mo' time in Fauzt.

When using Jitan's Gate, Bend the Shadows cooldown is set to Jitan's Gate cooldown, in my case is 9 secs, instead of 2 secs as it normally was. Is this a bug?

This is normal, teleport abilities share their cooldown, it didn't before but now it does:

- Bend the Shadows: now shares cooldown with teleport-like skills

Seriously, was content even tested before release ? Issues like jinn, sin crashes, skill fixes and so on seem like a mandatory task to test since people will be using that right away. You lack man power to do that or this is new approach "let community test it and we will update daily" ?
