Hello, just tested few times, it might be just me. Having Catalyst of Jewelcraft won't open character and crash offline tools.

make sure you're using the latest app version, I can't reproduce the crash there with this item

...And that's the reason why you shouldn't add ALL wps activation. TA in nightmare? Really?! Even tho it's empty.... it would allow players to access higher ubers too soon.

to translate the app itself, just use Qt Linguist, source translation files are in the repository.
