I made a character specifically for legion. So at the time of the kill or any other time the % is high.

Also, I can give my chime to someone else, and it would still be 36% weapon damage bonus,... or i could change my gear with the chime on,
and its still 36%.. so not really sure what you are saying, is all.


wording is unclear on chimes, for example the mf chime is giving 6% of your total demon/undead dmg bonus as mf, hence 100% demon dmg = 6% mf, 200 = 12 and so on, to the cap of 40% as per stated in chime.

Charged strike Is quite good, as long as you have at least two sources for it. Otherwise you won't have enough bolts both for coverage when farming and damage for bossing
