I think the corruption system might have a bug. As far as I know if you brick an item or nothing happens the item just says corrupted but if you get the extra stat it says cube with oil of craft to reveal the new stat. I got a lotto'd scarab of death out of a druid box and decided to corrupt it. It said to cube it with oil of craft so I thought I got the bonus stat but nothing happened after applying the oil. It just says corrupted now.

cows have a drop bias toward pots, quivers and signets so that's probably your best bet

High density area like vizjun, Fauntz & cow are the best place.

Here's the character the amulet is on but after the amulet was cubed with the oil of craft it looks exactly the same as one that just got a failed roll so unfortunately there is no way for me to prove it unless there is a record of the item some where.

my best guess is the stat already existed on the item so nothing happened like for example I saw a corrupted adrenaline rush the other day with 4 physical res but if this amulet already had -5 physical res so maybe thats whey it failed.

Quality Level can be up to 4 above your character level.

For the rare case of hitting TUs, I believe it's the same number for Item Level (and you also have to hit the Quality Level). For magic/rare affixes, check the calculator on the affixes docs page.

101 pmsd, why wouldn't it be? seems to give lots of dmg but slows your cast speed so you would need to be able to make up for that some how.
